What is Appreciation?

Appreciation, according to other sources, is admiration to a certain person, place or thing. Personally, admiring a certain person or object can mean a lot of things.

"Crushes", a perfect example of appreciation that may lead to "MU" or "mutual understanding", relationships or even marriage, sexual intimacy. It's normal to have a crush. this is part of appreciating a person. Girls tond to admire a super handsome guy. Boys tend to admire a lovely girl. They may even tend themselves to admire a certain celebrity, local or foreign, to make them "fans". But be very careful, for not all of them are open to accept that they have someone that admires them; and, besides, love relations don't always come and go in a flash.

"Suki" - a Filipino term for a frequent customer of a certain establishment. This term has made the proprietors of the business prosper. Look at one example: someone scouts for meat in the wet market. He found one stall that sells "the freshest and the most reasonable meat" in all town. He buys one portion and says "thank you" gratefully. Because of the good results, he want back to that particular stall over and over again. The vendor has a frequent customer - a "suki"!

But what if the vendor can't take it anymore? Well, it's the decision of the customer.

Appreciation can be beneficial but it can be dangerous, so be careful.
