He holds student number 2008-57483, and qualified for the BS Architecture program of the Mindanao campus. He is... Leo Angelo O. Gaerlan ! Dear friends, I'm here at the UP Mindanao IT Kiosk , a newly-opened computer center in this University. Here, my Internet Fee, included in the Miscellaneous Fees (for us freshies), is applied here, i.e. free access to computer services for the first 20 hours unlike ILC/LRC ( >:-( ). After that, I have to pay Php 15.00 an hour. Thank God for TOFI and the Administrative Order PERR-07-86 by Prexy (that's the colloquial term for "President") Roman. (but I'm still not happy for the increase of tuition. grrr...). I am now a Student Volunteer at the Interactive Learning Center/Learning Resource Center of UP Mindanao. Now, I now have working loads. However, since it's Volunteer Work, I don't really have a pay for this kind of work. I am still waiting for OSA's announcement for Student Assistantships for this semester that I applied. I hope that I'll be hired. I want to have some revenues, so I posted Advertisements here in this blog. It is courtes...

Here's my post from my Friendster blog : Munch on Tofi Luk and savour its rich, creamy chocolate covering its wafer with a combination of smooth caramel and crunchy nuts... Ooohhh, tempting... But, when I say TOFI , i.e. Tuition and Other Fee Increases , imposed on the UP System, it is not Luk , I mean "Luck". Yeah, UPCAT takers, passing this test is really Luck, but when you're surprised at looking at the pre-admission documents, you see that the fees force you to say, "It'll be lucky if you have money like that to pay those fees." TOFI isn't rich, sweet, smooth and crunchy. It's just a plain old spoiled 'chocolate bar' too bitter to be eaten. Look, for example, only in UP Mindanao, 500+ freshie studes qualified for admission, 300+ confirmed, but 203 studes enrolled. Maybe that TOFI is such a unLUcKy thing. Malas! I'm one of the 203 LUcKy ones who can afford those fees and experience UP life. :-| Poor unLUcKy people wh...
