This personal blog of mine may be quite inactive because of my work, I will not hesitate myself to post things that I am happy to share with in these past years. For six years, this is where I share my stellar, wonderful life. It has been rocky, but I look ahead of a great journey. Thanks for those who believed in me, and I am grateful for it. Move on! In celebration of my blog's Sixth Anniversary , I present to you a new series of Animations for you to enjoy. All of them are produced through Xtranormal on YouTube. My first animation is called The Serious News , a non-conventional news bulletin, hosted by Fred and Anna. Here they present news and current issues in a way you will enjoy. My next animation is called The Office  Show , hosted by Jane and Andrew, where they discuss business news, and trends in the corporate office. Starting the 2nd half of April, A Stellar Life will undergo its 3.0 Alpha BUILDING/MAINTENANCE stage , going under massive changes to its layout and widgets. So expect missing layouts, links and graphics . But expect a new, improved experience here in ASL. When this stage is complete, ASL 3.0 will change its status to BETA (3.0.b / 2.11.0). ♪ IT'S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN! ♪ Dear friends... It's the last 10 days of May and it's nearing school again. Updates on my life: I'm been at home most of the summer time and I got the hang of it - switching between CNN and Disney Channel and ABS-CBN is quite fun. Watching CNN makes me much "in-the-know". (Think the natural disasters in Myanmar and Sichuan, China .) Watching Disney Channel shows makes my inner child happy. Watching PBBTE+ (PBB Teen Edition Plus) on ABS-CBN is just as exciting as its previous editions. I'm still deciding on my actions regarding my registration process in UP Mindanao. As of now, the STFAP Website has to release its Second Batch of Bracket Results by the fourth week of May (that's next week, at this time of posting). I will still be thankful if I'm still Bracket C, but Bracket D would be better. If my bracket is not yet released, I may resort to Student Loan (SL) because my student fees may count up to PhP 13,000. I s...

Dear friends, It's almost Christmas and it's the last week of classes for the year 2007 here in UP Mindanao. It was another time to answer examinations, and this week, all my major subjects had their First Long Examination! Gosh, I've studied very well for this! During the MATH26 examination last Tuesday, I was still too overwhelmed by my colds (It was RAINING HARD the whole day)...and I can't concentrate well. So, I was not very confident enough with my answers on solving the worded problems, especially the problem about solving the distance on a point from a suspension bridge through the parabolic form of hanging cables between its towers... :-s During the CMSC11 examination last Wednesday, I was far too worried on my other classes that will come that day (SSP3, MST2) that I did much cramming for that examinations. However, at least I felt OK during the exams...and I answered early, feeling confident... :-) During the CMSC56 examination last Thursday (yesterday), ...

Dear friends, I'm here at the UP Mindanao IT Kiosk , a newly-opened computer center in this University. Here, my Internet Fee, included in the Miscellaneous Fees (for us freshies), is applied here, i.e. free access to computer services for the first 20 hours unlike ILC/LRC ( >:-( ). After that, I have to pay Php 15.00 an hour. Thank God for TOFI and the Administrative Order PERR-07-86 by Prexy (that's the colloquial term for "President") Roman. (but I'm still not happy for the increase of tuition. grrr...). I am now a Student Volunteer at the Interactive Learning Center/Learning Resource Center of UP Mindanao. Now, I now have working loads. However, since it's Volunteer Work, I don't really have a pay for this kind of work. I am still waiting for OSA's announcement for Student Assistantships for this semester that I applied. Hello there, folks! My blog is in its FIRST BIRTHDAY!!! It's been quite a while after I posted great entries... :-) I know...things should be great... :-) People love my blog. My blog loved them too. :-) Anyways, I visited Mati, Davao Oriental last weekend to attend the Porio Clan Family Reunion. I was with my father and my younger sister. The trip in and out Mati was the most exciting part of the visit. You pass through zigzag roads and venture through RURAL ENVIRONS . :-) I love to see the Davao Gulf and the Pujada Bay through the zizzag coastal highways. The trip itself was so BREATHTAKING! There we went into Mati proper and see the still-rural flavour of that centre of the town. (But except that it now has Jollibee in it.) There we proceeded to the beach resort we headed to.
