In celebration of ASL 4.0, I introduce you to the new logo of this blog, in which I plan to revamp in terms of content and style. ASL's presence has been dimmed since I was busy being a student in UPMin for the past 8 months. But as the days go by, many ideas have come up to the ASL I wanted to have for its 4.0 version, and for me as a teenager going to be an adult. ASL's new logo is a revamp of the 3.0 logo, the black background is turned into blue, signifying a fresh outlook on life. The typefaces of ASL and "a stellar life" are still the same DejaVu Sans Ultra Light, signifying the dynamic and streamlined presence of the good spirit, and the freedom of choice (this font is open-source, by the way). The "ASL" has been turned diagonally to signify the lifting up of spirits, the new vision that ASL will set. The newest addition to the logo is the sparks behind the ASL, signifying the stars that give light, which is a nod to Philippians 2:13 and Ephesians...

I have just exercised my right to vote for the next leader of the Philippines. It's been a great 5 minutes voting for the next leaders of the nation. The Philippines held its first automated election this year, and being a first-time voter, I am also excited about the new system we now enjoy. I voted together with my parents at our polling precincts in our barangay , and, despite the long lines, our voting process went smoothly. And the Precinct Count Optical Scanner worked well. :-) I pray that all the PCOS machines in the country be working well in the name of Jesus Christ. Let's Go Out and Vote! KENNETH

Oh, even if it's a few days before the 2010 Presidential Elections, I'M STILL UNDECIDED WHOM TO VOTE FOR . Really. With every issue cooking up the political pot every single day passing before the elections, I am confused like a turning top which twirls in a random manner. :-( What prexy color should I take? YELLOW? ORANGE? GREEN? What mayoral color should I take? GREEN - RED ? YELLOW - BLUE ? I still don't know!!! This will still take the whole weekend. I know. God will reveal it to me. KENNETH

Angelo Pasco, PBB Teen Clash 2010's "Struggling Isko" The Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010 has begun, and a big surprise to the University of the Philippines community came when an Iskolar ng Bayan ( Isko for short) was qualified to enter the Bahay ni Kuya . Angelito "Angelo" S. Pasco , a student of the University of the Philippines Manila - School of Health Sciences in Palo, Leyte , came as one of the new batch of teenage housemates in the newest spinoff edition of Pinoy Big Brother, the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010 .
