Farewell Sir Toto



I have never met Prof. Severo Bastian Jr, a professor and chief of the Biological Sciences and Environmental Studies Department of the College of Science & Mathematics. He was regarded as a comical, fun mentor to his students. But he remains a part of this great community in UP Mindanao. He will forever live in the hearts of many students that had met him since they entered this university.
