HELL WEEK!

Dear friends,

It's the last days of the First Semester here in UP Mindanao.

This week is the week of the FINAL Examinations, the week that others call it the "HELL WEEK". Well, for continuing students like us, the exams will last until Monday, October 8, 2007.

Here is the schedule examinations for the FINAL Exams for our course/bloc, as scheduled by the Office of the University Registrar:
  • MATH17 - 10-01-2007 (1000-1200) - CSM 222
  • MST1 - 10-01-2007 (1500-1700)- CSM 227/AVR
  • MST3 - 10-02-2007 (0800-1000)- CSM 227/AVR
  • AH3- 10-03-2007 (1000-1200)- CHSS 105
  • SSP4- 10-03-2007 (1500-1700)- CHSS 109/AVR
  • SSP2- 10-04-2007 (0800-1000)- CHSS 109/AVR
  • PE1- 10-08-2007 (1000-1200)- HKC
However, some circumstances rescheduled some exams. Here are the rescheduled parts:
  • AH3 - 10-08-2007 (1300-1600)- CHSS 109/AVR
  • PE1-NO EXAMS(?) (Our instructor told us that we will not have it...(?) )

Yesterday, we took the MATH17 examinations. I studied really hard for this exam. :-) Actually, some were exempted in taking the exam because they got a high grade. I was one of those who must take the final exams (I should reach a score of 30.)

After the time (It took two hours, as stated above), we passed the blue books (Anyways, for those who are not from UPMin, "blue books" are actually booklets (with a blue cover) in which the answers are written into.). Ma'am Mayang checked the blue books immediately...
(I shall share you the verdict on the next posts...)

For MST1, Sir Anton Siaotong will let our section make a collaborative project - a CD-ROM entitled "Physics Made Easy". This will be a revision of the Learning Resource Center's Natural Science 1 Module (Physics). I hope we could finish in time for the despedido (farewell) event for Sir Anton. (He will be back in Canada to study again for his Doctorate degree).

Just a while ago, we had the MST3 exams. The lesson covered from start to finish. (whew! MATH17 only covered up the Trigonometry part!) Well, I am hoping that I could pass.

All right, that's all for now! See you around!

KENNETH

(P.S. I'm not in LRC/ILC now. I'm now in LEMITO (Library Educational Media and Information Technology Office), one of the University Library's units (but housed in the ILC building). Here you may pay immediately, unlike LRC/ILC.)
