Last Monday, I went back to the clinic for another Student Routine Check-Up. There I discovered that:

- My blood pressure maintained its rate of 120/80.
- My pulse rate is still about 90 bpm. (beats per minute)
- I lost 1 pound, from 188 to 187! (achievement! need to lose more!)

UP Mindanao's College of Science and Mathematics will have its annual College-based sportsfest, named "Dula-Dula". It's like a regular sportsfest - but with Pinoy games. Since the registration lists are full and student population are more than the what the sportsfest can accomodate, I will just be one of the spectators. Dula-Dula will be on August 13, 2007, Monday. The College of Humanities and Social Sciences will also hold its own annual sportsfest, named "Hampang" sometime on the 3rd week of August. The sportsfests are primers for the University-wide sportsfest, DULA, to be held on August 30 to September 1, 2007.
